3rd Street Flats

We stayed in the 4th flat and would come back in a heartbeat. It’s got warm historic brick walls, 11ft ceilings and windows all around with views of the street. Sexy, sumptuous and cozy are what I’d use to describe this particular flat. The bed was insanely comfortable and we loved the little touches like local coffee from Flag & Wire and a bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. We didn’t cook while here but the kitchen came fully equipped if you wanted to do that. The location was peak McMinville, too! We roamed 3rd and ate and drank to our hearts content. This spot is the perfect home base for exploring downtown.

Working in the local wine industry, we often host clients and business travelers who are visiting the McMinnville area. 3rd Street Flats offers the perfect accommodations for our guests. I have heard many compliments from our clients who have stayed at the Flats from the great location right on charming 3rd Street to the unique decor of each flat. Guests are steps away from local restaurants but also have fully stocked kitchens in their rooms if the evening calls for staying in. Be sure to reserve early though, as these popular accommodations book quickly, especially during the summer months.

Spent two nights in the lovely Flat 9 for a Mom-Staycation. The flat was fully stocked with everything I could have needed to extend my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The flat was clean and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing couple of days. Associated with the Atticus and right next door, all amenities were available if needed. Bikes, valet parking, a small convenience store, and a central location to wander around downtown McMinnville. Everything is visually appealing and decorated with fine detail. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

We had a great stay at the 3rd Street Flats. The king bed was very comfortable, the studio was very spacious and cute decor. Location was perfect. Only thing was the bathroom was pretty small, but that didn’t bother us too much since we only stayed for a night and the kitchen helps extend the countertop space.

My sister and I were gifted a stay at the 3rd Street Flats over the recent holiday. We were blown away by the beautiful design, the comfortable furnishings, the amenities, and the thoughtful touches. Everything we needed was there. Everything worked (hot water in sink and shower, plumbing, fridge). There was even a free set of laundry machines in a closet in the hall. The room was spacious and included a large closet. The only drawbacks were the noise of the refrigerator when it kicked on, and some noise from the street below - revelers leaving a bar, we suspected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again in one of the flats further from the main street.

My friends stayed here. The rooms are amazing. Worth every penny. It hade a huge retro vibe living room for entertaining, a bar (you supply all the mixers and alcohol and the two rooms were great! The kitchenette was small, but you're on 3rd Street and your most likely not going to use it much. It's nice and will do.

We stayed here in unit 8 and really enjoyed it. The room was large with a full kitchen. You can use the amenities like the gym at the adjacent hotel. We chose the flats instead because we got a lot more space for the money. It has a fantastic location in downtown Mcminneville an easy walk to many restaurants and shops and tasting rooms. It was street parking which was easy and we found a spot across the street. You ask when you get there.

This place is stellar. Absolutely adore 3rd Street Flats. The service is amazing, the lobby feels like a step back in time. The rooms are simply gorgeous. Beds are so cozy and comfortable. I will be making this an annual occasion. Thank you team! Well done!
